The Big Queer Food Festival (BQFF) is back, bigger than ever, and making history as the first festival of its kind celebrating the LGBTQIA+ culinary community while welcoming all food lovers. As the culmination of a week-long citywide celebration, this two-day event invites everyone to experience the incredible talent shaping the food world today.
Happening May 3 & 4 at High Street Place, BQFF is presented in partnership with Meet Boston and proudly sponsored by Food Network. The weekend will bring together James Beard Award-winning chefs, acclaimed cookbook authors, LGBTQ+ winemakers, brewers, and purveyors for an unforgettable celebration of food, drink, and community.
In addition to Tiffani Faison’s High Street Place restaurants—Tenderoni’s, Charming Garden, Dive Bar and Bubble Bath—serving up must-try bites and drinks, this year’s lineup features incredible chefs and restaurants from Boston and beyond. Expect stars like Rick Martinez, Jon Kung, Tatiana Rosana, Dan Pelosi, Andy Baraghani, Karen Akunowicz, Renee Touponce, and Kareem Queeman, plus Drag Race icons Raja, Willam, and Jujubee, bringing extra flair to the festivities.
With VIP and general admission options, attendees can enjoy meet and greets, book signings, exclusive tastings, and live performances as High Street Place transforms into the ultimate hub for food culture.
